Program Terms

1. You have made the decision to document your life/work accomplishments by listing your skills, life experience and finishing an online test. You certify that you are the person whose name appears on this application and that all the information you have provided is complete and accurate to the best of your knowledge. You certify that you are at least 18 years of age.

2. You further certify that you have read, understand and agree to the policies and information as stated on the information pages of this site, including the frequently asked question (FAQs) section, terms and conditions, program disclaimer, and program guarantee.  You understand that this program is motivationally based intended to enhance your abilities to you reach your personal objectives.

3. To order, you must satisfactorily complete the online test and complete all requested information which constitutes the basis of information provided for your Graduation Package documents.  Any evaluation will be solely based on your online test results, life/work experience responses and essay to determine your qualifications.

4. You are authorizing MMDS or its authorized agent to verify any and all information regarding your payment information, employment, education, and any other pertinent information you have provided us, personal or otherwise, and release all third parties from any damage that may result from furnishing same to MMDS or its authorized agent. Any misstatement or omission of information on your application and/or resume and supporting materials may be grounds for disqualification or immediate revocation of your status.

5. MMDS offers a 100% guarantee if you request a refund prior to shipping.  Additionally, if in the first 48 hours of receipt, you are not completely satisfied with our customer service or Graduation Package workmanship, then simply email us to initiate your 100% refund process (excludes applicable shipping costs). The return of documents must be made using a traceable shipping method such as FedEx or UPS. Upon receipt of these materials, MMDS will process your refund within 72 hours. Beyond this 48 hour period we offer a 75% refund (again excludes applicable shipping costs) up to 90 days (you must email us to initiate this refund program as well).

6. You fully understand that the program does not convey the means nor is intended to be used to fulfill any local, state or federal government requirements for attending high school or other educational requirement nor equivalent to a traditional high school education. Furthermore, you fully understand that the Graduation Package is not issued based on an accredited high school course or a replacement for a traditional high school diploma and is not equivalent to a high school education or diploma. You understand that the program offered will not give you the right to represent yourself as a graduate of a traditional high school, an accredited high school program or the holder of an accredited degree and you are participating in the program for the sole purpose of self improvement.

Limited Liability: Applicant agrees that in no event, shall any liability to MMDS or its members, agents, associates, contractors, sub-contractors or service providers as the result of the agreement, or other circumstances involving the applicant and school, exceed the applicants tuition and processing fee which has been paid up to the time during which any claim deriving liability may arise. Applicant understands the repercussions of misuse or misrepresentation of qualifications, credentials or experience and accepts full responsibility and assumes all risk and any consequences.
